These Esmartlife 12 Silicone cups are very good and easy to use. I used them to relieve neck and shoulder pain and they were very effective as it eased my pain and tension after 2 uses only. Highly recommended. The four star rating is because the smallest size cups were not functioning well and kept turning upside down when I tried to use them.

They stick but when uou want to move them round to do massage on legs while still sucking this set doesn't work as soon as you hold them to move they come unstuck you need to have the firm set for that

I've been using this cupping for the past 2 years as a my therapy when I got tired or fatigue. But forgot my set when i moved to UK. so happy to find it again even though the price is double than what I paid back in Indonesia.

It is quite good however some of the pieces do not stick, and fall off. The rest provide stick but don't provide the cupping experience. There is limted suction, and the edges of the cup leave a mark. However the skin doesn't get as raised as happens with normal cupping.Nonetheless it gives a pulling sensation which feels like a pleasant pain. Then settles down so you hardly notice it. Afterwards the area feels a bit better due to the increased blood flow.I wish the suction was stronger and some pieces didn't fall off.
