The item arrived with the plug in cable not connected - it is a wall light to hardwire in to the wall that is sent with a separate plug, it is not ready to plug in as described. There is no hole in the plate that attaches to the wall for the plug in cable, so it is clearly not intended for this purpose.I had to get an electrician to connect it for me and when we did he got an electric shock - when he investigated he found a live wire screwed to the metal casing, meaning touching any part of the metal lamp gave an electric shock. He said he has never seen anything like it in all his years as an electrician. It is a good job it wasn’t sent with the plug connected as if it had done it could have been me or my children getting an electric shock.I’ve tried to seek a refund from the seller but getting nowhere - they suggested I asked a friend to install it for me ‘as it is very simple’.Unsafe and not as described - avoid!Would have given no stars if I could.

Was looking forward to these arriving as they did not need to be hardwired as they are plug in, however upon opening the box there are no plugs. Waiting for supplier to get back in touch with me with regards replacements. Have decided to return as not happy at all when I took a further look at them

The quality is good and the lamp looks very nice. However, the wire needs attaching and there are no instructions on how to do this. I really don't want to go to the expense of getting an electrician in! Instructions please!

Plug ,cable and dimmer switch missing on both lamps. So not impressed.

The dimmer is working only with one of the pair ... Rather disappointingGood price and nice design but the dimmer issue was not unimportant
